Bdbajat Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

By using the bdbajat.app website and mobile application, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read this document in full before registering.

Bdbajat is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bdbajat and each of its registered members.

Your account becomes active once registration is complete. Completing identity verification before your first deposit helps speed up the payment process.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bdbajat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bdbajat's own cash-out feature is active.
• Bdbajat reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• Bdbajat is not liable for any delays in live betting caused by network issues.
• Betting on academic or school sports events is strictly prohibited.

Bdbajat always strives to offer fair odds. However, odds may change at any time based on market conditions. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

All financial transactions on bdbajat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We use only verified payment channels to ensure maximum security.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300
• Maximum single deposit: varies by account level
• Deposits are generally credited instantly
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed on a priority basis

Bdbajat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, clearly stated on the offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a bonus on their first deposit. A specified wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: Offered on a weekly or monthly basis. Available to active members only.
• Cashback: Cashback is applied to losses within a specified period. VIP members receive a higher rate.
• Free Bet: Issued under specific conditions. Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn as cash.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbajat platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false or incorrect identity information
• Exploiting or abusing the bonus system
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information
• Automated betting using computer programs or bots
• Money laundering or using the platform as a source of illegal funds
• Using another member's account
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems

You can close your bdbajat account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing any eligible funds before closing your account.

Bdbajat may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If identity verification has not been completed
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority

Funds in a suspended account cannot be accessed. If found to be in good standing after the investigation, the account will be reinstated.
